| 摘 要： | 目的观察平衡针配合运动疗法治疗中风后肩手综合征的临床疗效。方法将80例中风后肩手综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。治疗组采用平衡针配合运动疗法治疗，对照组采用常规针刺治疗，观察两组疗效与疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为97．5％，对照组为87．5％，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）：两组疗程比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．01）。结论平衡针配合运动疗法是一种治疗中风后肩手综合征的有效方法。
