| 摘 要： | 目的观察调督针刺疗法对颈椎间盘突出症的免疫球蛋白的影响。方法将103例颈椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组53例和对照组50例。治疗组采用调督针刺疗法配合牵引治疗，对照组采用常规针刺配合牵引治疗，比较两组治疗前后免疫球蛋白的变化。结果两组患者治疗后免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M指标与同组治疗前比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈O．01）。治疗组治疗后免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M指标与对照组比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈O．01，P〈O．05）。结论调督针刺疗法能够改善颈椎间盘突出症免疫球蛋白指标。
