针刺配合耳尖放血对高血压病的即时降压疗效观察

目的观察针刺配合耳尖放血的即时降压效果。方法对60例高血压病患者随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例,观察组采用耳尖放血配合针刺留针方法,对照组单纯用耳尖放血方法,观察两组治疗前后血压变化,并比较两组治疗后的降压效果。结果观察组收缩压下降（18.17±4.80）mmHg,舒张压下降（10.67±2.99）mmHg;对照组收缩压下降（11.50±3.66）mmHg,舒张压下降（6.97±2.92）mmHg;两组收缩压和舒张压治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,观察组降压效果优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论 耳尖放血及耳尖放血配合针刺均有即时降压效果,而以耳尖放血配合针刺效果更佳。
