温针治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的观察温针治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）的临床疗效。方法将80例血瘀型LDH患者按D01l’S临床病例随机表分为两组。观察组40例，予温针和功能锻炼治疗：对照组40例，予单纯针刺和功能锻炼治疗。观察治疗前后的临床疗效、VAS积分、JOA积分、血清免疫球蛋白（IgG、IgM、IgA），进行比较分析。结果观察组总有效率为92．5％，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）：两组VAS积分下降，JOA积分升高（P〈O．05，P〈O．01），组问比较，观察组的改善更为明显（P〈O．01）：两组血清IgG、IgM、IgA含量均下降，与治疗前比较，IgG、IgM的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05，P〈O．01），组间比较，观察组的改善更为明显（P〈O．01）。结论温针治疗血瘀型LDH疗效显著，并能改善患者的临床症状和免疫水平。

Observations on the Efficacy of Warm Needling in Treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation of Blood Stasis Type
