| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺加中药辨证治疗Hunt面瘫的临床疗效。方法将109例患者随机分为治疗组56例和对照组53例,治疗组采用针刺加中药辨证治疗,对照组采用常规电针疗法,3个疗程后对比疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为100.0%,对照组为88.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 针刺加中药辨证是一种治疗Hunt面瘫的有效方法。
