| 摘 要： | 目的观察安神镇痛法电针百会、神门对腰椎间盘突出症疼痛的影响。方法将腰椎间盘突出症61例随机分为治疗组31例，予以常规针刺配合安神镇痛法电针百会：神门穴治疗，对照组30例予以常规针灸治疗。两组均每日治疗1次，每星期5次，4星期为1个疗程，疼痛评估采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS法）及Fairbank JC“腰痛病情计分表”量化评分。结果治疗组总有效率96．8％，VAS法积分4．13±1．72：FairbankJC腰痛病情计分14．30±7．05，对照组总有效率83．3％，VAS法积分5．47±2．27，Fairbank JC腰痛病情计分18．70±7．52。两组疗效比较经Ridit分析（P〈0．01），VAS法积分、腰痛病情计分经t检验（P〈0．05）。结论治疗组既能减轻患者的腰腿疼痛，又能改善症状，提高生活质量，疗效及VAS积分、腰痛病情计分改善均优于对照绍。
