| 摘 要： | 目的 观察电针与美沙酮治疗海洛因戒断症状的协同作用。方法 将 86例海洛因依赖者随机分为电针合并美沙酮治疗组与单独使用美沙酮对照组进行疗效对照。结果 治疗组与对照组二者的疗效 (减分率 )差异无统计意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 治疗组美沙酮的剂量为常规量的一半 ,与使用足量的对照组相比 ,疗效相当 ,且副反应轻

| Abstract: | Purpose To investigate the synergic effect of electroacupuncture and methadone on heroin withdrawal symptoms. Method Eighty-six heroin addicts were randomly divided into an electroacupuncture plus methadone (treatment) group and a simple methadone (control) group to compare the curative effects.Results There was no statistically significant difference in curative effect (score reduction rate) between the treatment group and the control group (P >0.05).Conclusion The curative effect in the treatment group was the same as that in the control group, but the side effect was markedly slighter in the treatment group. |
