耳穴贴压治疗血管神经性头痛临床观察

目的观察耳穴贴压磁珠治疗血管神经性头痛的疗效。方法将50例符合血管神经性头痛诊断的患者随机分为治疗组25例和对照组25例，治疗组予磁珠贴压神门、交感、肝、心、脾、肾、皮质下、额、枕、脑干治疗，对照组予口服西比灵治疗，两组病例均以30d为1个疗程，治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92％，对照组总有效率为60％，组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。治疗组血压下降明显（P〈0．05）；大脑中动脉（MCA）、大脑前动脉（ACA）平均流速变化明显（P〈0．01）。结论耳穴贴压治疗血管神经性头痛疗效明显，同时有降血压作用，改善脑血流作用。
