| 摘 要： | 目的观察针药并用对椎动脉型颈椎病血流动力学的影响。方法将60例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组采用复方丹参注射液静脉滴注，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用针刺和中药治疗，两组治疗前后均行多普勒超声检查。结果治疗组治疗后椎动脉、基底动脉血流速度比治疗前均明显增快（P〈0.01，P〈0．05），两组治愈率及总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针药并用对椎动脉型颈椎病的血流速度有明显提高作用，是治疗椎动脉型颈椎病较有效的方法。
