摘    要:目的:观察针刺对老年痴呆患者认知功能及乙酰胆碱酯酶的影响。方法:选用四神聪、神门、太溪,对8例诊断为老年痴呆轻、中度患者进行 1个月的针灸治疗;采用简易智力状态量表进行治疗前后认知功能评价;采用荧光法检测治疗前后血浆乙酰胆碱酯酶活性。结果:针刺对治疗前后的认知功能影响有显著差异,P<0.01;对治疗前后乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的影响没有显著性差异,P>0.05。结论:针刺对老年痴呆认知功能有一定的改善作用;针刺治疗1个月,对血浆乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的影响不太明显。

Abstract:Purpose To observe the effect of acupuncture on gnosia and acetylcholinesterase in patients with senile dementia. Methods Eight patients diagnosed with mild or moderate senile dementia were treated by acupuncture of Sishenchong(), Shenmen(HT 7) and Taixi(KI 3) for 1 month; gnosia was evaluated by Mini-mental state examination before and after the treatment; plasma acetylcholinesterase activity was measured by fluorimetry before and after the treatment. Results There was a significant difference in gnosia between pre-treatment and post-treatment with acupuncture (P< 0.01 ); there was no significant difference in acetylcholin esterase activity between pre-treatment and post-treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture has a certain improving effect on gnosia in senile dementia; one month's acupuncture treatment had little effect on serum acetylcholinesterase activity.
