| 摘 要： | 目的观察浮针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将80例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组采用浮针治疗,对照组采用毫针针刺治疗,2个疗程后进行疗效评价。结果治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组为85.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论浮针是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Fu＇s subcutaneous needling in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods Eighty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomized into a treatment group and control group,40 cases in each.The treatment group was treated by Fu＇s subcutaneous needling,and the control was treated by ordinary acupuncture,and the clinical effects would be evaluated after 2 treatment courses.Results The total effective rate was 97.5% in the treatment group versus 85.0% in the control,and the difference was significant（P0.01）.Conclusion Fu＇s subcutaneous needling is effective in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. |
