针药并用治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的观察针刺夹脊穴配合追风透骨丸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将82例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组40例,治疗组采用针刺配合口服追风透骨丸,对照组采用单纯针刺治疗,1个疗程结束后比较两组疼痛分级指数（PRI）及疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为84.6%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组治疗前后疼痛积分差值与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。结论针刺夹脊穴配合追风透骨丸是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。

Study on Combined Acupuncture and Medication in Treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective To observe the clinical effects of combined acupuncture at Jiaji points and Zhui Feng Tou Gu Pills in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods Eighty-two patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomized into a treatment group（42 cases） and a control group（40 cases）.The treatment group was treated by combined acupuncture and Zhui Feng Tou Gu Pills.The control group was treated by acupuncture only.The pain rating result and clinical effect would be compared between the two groups after a treatment course.Results The total effective rate was 95.0% in the treatment group versus 84.6% in the control,and the difference was significant（P0.01）.The differences of sensory score,emotional score and general pain score between the two groups before and after treatment were significant（P0.01,P0.05）.Conclusion Combined acupuncture at Jiaji points and Zhui Feng Tou Gu Pills is an effective way in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
