针刺拮抗肌配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫临床观察

目的观察针刺拮抗肌配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫的临床疗效。方法将80例脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫患者按Doll’s临床病例随机表分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。两组均予西医常规治疗和康复锻炼,治疗组采用针刺拮抗肌治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。治疗2个疗程后,观察两组治疗前后改良Ashworth评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数评分,进行比较分析。结果两组治疗后改良Ashworth评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后改良Ashworth评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论针刺拮抗肌配合康复训练是一种治疗脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫的有效方法。

Observations on the Efficacy of Antagonistic Muscle Acupuncture plus Rehabilitation Training in Treating Post-stroke Spastic Hemiplegia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of antagonistic muscle acupuncture plus rehabilitation training in treating post-stroke spastic hemiplegia. Methods Eighty patients with post-stroke spastic hemiplegia were allocated, using a random table of Doll＇s clinical cases, to treatment and control groups, 38 cases each. In addition to routine Western medical treatment and rehabilitation training, the treatment group received antagonistic muscle acupuncture and the control group, conventional acupuncture. The Modified Ashworth Scale score, the Fugl-Meyer Assessment score and the Barthel Index score were counted before and after treatment. A comparative analysis was made after two courses of treatment. Results There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the Modified Ashworth Scale score, the Fugl-Meyer Assessment score and the Barthel Index score in the two groups （P〈0.01）. There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the Modified Ashworth Scale score, the Fugl-Meyer Assessment score and the Barthel Index score between the treatment and control groups （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Antagonistic muscle acupuncture plus rehabilitation training is an effective way to treat post-stroke spastic hemiplegia.
