| 摘 要： | 目的比较针刺太溪穴和头针治疗脑卒中引起假性球麻痹造成吞咽困难的疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用针刺太溪穴为主配合偏瘫治疗的基础针刺：对照组采用针刺头部的顶颞前、后斜线透刺为主配合偏瘫治疗的基础针刺。观察两组针刺3次、5次、10次的疗效并进行比较。结果治疗组和对照组总体疗效差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）：治疗组第3次治疗结束后的疗效优于对照组（P〈0．01）：但在第5次治疗结束，两组疗效差异无统计学意义。结论针刺太溪穴治疗脑卒中引起假性球麻痹造成吞咽困难疗效显著，起效较快，头针治疗累积效应更为明显。
