刺血加温针灸治疗膝骨关节炎疗效观察

目的观察针灸综合疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的效果,寻找治疗膝骨关节炎的最佳方法。方法将158例膝骨关节炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组92例和对照组66例,治疗组采用刺血加温针灸治疗,对照组采用温针灸治疗。结果治疗2个疗程后（10d为1个疗程）,治疗组显效89例,有效3例,无效0例,总有效率为100%;对照组显效22例,有效30例,无效14例,总有效率为78.8%;两组显效率和总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论刺血加温针灸对膝骨关节炎有较好疗效。

Observations on the Efficacy of Pricking Bloodletting plus Warm Needling in Treating Genual Osteoarthritis

Objective To investigate the efficacy of combined acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for genual osteoarthritis and seek an optimal way to treat genual osteoarthritis. Methods One hundred and fifty-eight patients with genual osteoarthritis were allocated, using a random number table, to a treatment group of 92 cases and a control group of 66 cases. The treatment group received pricking bloodletting plus warm needling and the control group, warm needling. Results After two courses of treatment （10 days as one course）, of the treatment group, marked effectiveness occurred in 89 cases, effectiveness in 3 cases and ineffectiveness in 0 cases, with a total efficacy rate of 100% and of the control group, marked effectiveness occurred in 22 cases, effectiveness in 30 cases and ineffectiveness in 14 cases, with a total efficacy rate of 78.8%. There were statistically significant differences in the marked efficacy rate and the total efficacy rate between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Pricking bloodletting plus warm needling has a better therapeutic effect on genual osteoarthritis.
