| 摘 要： | 目的观察输刺针法为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用输刺针法为主治疗,对照组采用常规针刺法治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为72.0%和98.0%,对照组分别为50.0%和86.0%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输刺针法是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shu-point acupuncture in predominant in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation （LIDH）. Method A hundred patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 50 in each. The treatment group was intervened by Shu-point acupuncture mainly, and the control group received ordinary needling therapy. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Result The recovery rate and total effective rates were 72.0% and 98.0% respectively in the treatment group, versus 50.0% and 86.0% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shu-point acupuncture is effective in treating LIDH. |
