| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针刺结合刺络拔罐和单纯针刺治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征（限Ⅰ期患者）的临床疗效。方法将80例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为A、B两组，每组40例。A组采用针刺结合刺络拔罐治疗，B组单用针刺治疗，3个疗程后进行疗效评价。结果两组治疗后肩痛程度、肩痛频度及肩关节自主活动度改善均有明显效果（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），且A组均优于B组（P〈0．01）：治愈率A组为17．5％，B组为7．5％：显效率A组为27．5％，B组为17．5％：总有效率A组为92．5％，B组为70．0％。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针刺结合刺络拔罐和单纯针刺治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征都有明显效果，但针刺结合刺络拔罐的疗效更优。
