| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针灸疗法治疗急性扁桃体炎的疗效。方法 治疗组2700例采用针刺放血治疗，对照组2430例采用西药治疗。7日后观察疗效。结果 与结论治疗3日后，治疗组治愈率100％，明显高于对照组63．4％（P〈0.001）。治疗7日后两组治愈率均为100％，治疗组各种症状治愈时间显著缩短（P〈0．001）。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of acupuncture on acute tonsillitis. Methods A treatment group of 2700 cases were treated with blood-letting acupuncture and a control group of 2430 cases,with Western medicine.The curative effects were evaluated 7 days later. Results and Conclusion Three days after treatment,the cure rate was 100% in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 63.4% in the control group(P<0.01).Seven days after treatment,the cure rate was 100% in both groups.The time for disappearance of the symptoms was significantly shorter in the treatment group(P<0.001). |
