| 摘 要： | 目的探讨以针灸为主综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的最佳方案。方法将165例患者随机分为治疗组85例和对照组80例。治疗组在针刺时采用常规取穴加膈俞、肝俞,对照组仅针刺常规穴。治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组愈显率、复发率分别为88.2%、20.0%,明显优于对照组的72.5%、37.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论以加刺膈俞、肝俞为主综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果明显优于常规针灸治疗,且复发率低。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the best protocol for acupuncture as main treatment for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods One hundred and sixty-five patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 85 cases and a control group of 80 cases. The treatment group received acupuncture at Geshu and Ganshu in addition to routine points and the control group, acupuncture at routine points only.
