针灸治疗原发性骨质疏松症临床观察

目的观察和探讨针灸对原发性骨质疏松症临床改善及相关机制。方法将患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组予针灸治疗,对照组给予口服维丁钙片治疗,治疗3个月后观察患者临床疗效、骨痛积分的变化、睾酮、骨化三醇(1,25-(OH)2D3)骨代谢指标的改变。结果治疗后,两组临床总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),骨痛积分、睾酮、骨化三醇观察组与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),观察组各项指标治疗前后比较明显改善(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后骨化三醇变化有显著性差异(P<0.05),骨痛积分、睾酮治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针灸对原发性骨质疏松症临床表现有明显的改善,与针灸能显著提高患者的睾酮、骨化三醇的水平有关。

Clinical Study of Acupuncture-moxibustion Treatment for Primary Osteoporosis

Objective To explore the clinical improving effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on primary osteoporosis and the relevant mechanism. Methods Patients were randomly allocated to observation and control groups,30 cases each. The observation group was treated by acupuncture and moxibustion and the control group,by oral administration of vitamin D calcium tablets. The clinical therapeutic effect and changes in ostealgia score,testosterone and 1,25-Dihydroxycholecalciferol were investigated in the patients after 3 months' treatment.Results After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between the observation and control groups (P<0.01); there were also statistically significant differences in ostealgia score,testosterone and 1,25-Dihydroxycholecalciferol between the two groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01). All the indices significantly improved in the observation group after treatment (P<0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in 1,25-Dihydroxycholecalciferol (P<0.05) but not in ostealgia score and testosterone (P>0.05) between pretreatment and posttreatment in the control group.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion has a significant alleviating effect on primary osteoporosis,which is related to the fact that acupuncture and moxibustion can significantly increase testosterone and 1,25-Dihydroxycholecalciferol levels in the patients.
