针刺结合华佗药枕对颈椎病患者颈椎生理曲度的影响

目的观察华佗药枕对颈椎病患者颈椎生理曲度的影响。方法将46例颈椎曲度改变的神经根型、椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为观察组（针刺结合华佗药枕治疗）23例和对照组（针刺治疗）组23例，采用Borden法测量颈椎生理曲度，疗程结束后对两组患者颈椎生理曲度值的变化进行对照分析。结果治疗后观察组、对照组的颈椎生理曲度值分别为（6．67±1．82）mm、（4．76±1．63）mm。两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论改善或重建颈椎生理曲度可能是针刺结合华佗药枕治疗颈椎病的作用机制之一。

Influence of Acupuncture Plus Huatuo Medicinal Pillow on the Physiologic Curvature of Cervical Spine in Cervical Spondylosis Patients

Objective To investigate the influence of Huatuo medicinal pillow on tue playsiologlc curvature or cervicval spree in cervical spondylosis patients. Methods Forty-six patients with nerve root-type or vertebral artery-type cervical spondylosis associated with changed cervical curvature were randomly allocated to an observation group of 23 cases （treated with acupuncture plus Hua＇tuo medicinal pillow） and a control group of 23 cases （treated with acupuncture）. Borden＇s method was used to measure the physiologic curvature of cervical spine. The physiologic curvatures of cervical spine were compared between the two groups after the completion of treatment. Results The physiologic curvature of cervical spine was （6.67±1.82）mm in the observation group and （4.76±1.63）mm in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Improving or rebuilding the physiologic curvature of cervical spine may be one of the mechanisms of the therapeutic action of acupuncture plus Huatuo medicinal pillow on cervical spondylosis.
