平衡针灸联合左旋氨氯地平治疗非杓型高血压的临床研究

目的观察平衡针灸联合左旋氨氯地平对非杓型高血压降压及逆转非杓型高血压的影响。方法纳入非杓型高血压患者200例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组100例。对照组采用早间口服左旋氨氯地平治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,晚间采用平衡针灸治疗。两组治疗前后分别行24 h动态血压监测检查,比较治疗前后两组患者24 h、昼间、夜间的血压情况。比较每组的非杓型逆转率和临床总有效率。结果两组治疗前24 h、昼间、夜间的收缩压和舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后24 h、昼间、夜间的收缩压和舒张压均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);且治疗组治疗后24 h、昼间、夜间的收缩压和舒张压低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组非杓型逆转率为56.0%,治疗组为82.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组临床总有效率为78.0%,治疗组为94.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论平衡针灸联合左旋氨氯地平对非杓型高血压的降压和逆转非杓型的疗效明显优于单纯左旋氨氯地平治疗。

Clinical Study on Balanced Acupuncture plus Levamlodipine for Treating Non-dipper Hypertension

Objective To observe the hypotensive and reversing effects of balanced acupuncture plus Levamlodipine on non-dipper hypertension.Method Two hundred patients with non-dipper hypertension were enrolled and randomized to control and treatment groups,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received oral administration of Levamlodipin in the morning and the treatment group received balanced acupuncture in the evening additionally.Twenty-four-hour ambulatory blood pressure was monitored in the two groups before and after treatment.Twenty-four-hour,diurnal and nocturnal blood pressures were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The rates of reversing non-dipper hypertension and the clinical total efficacy rates were compared between the two groups.Result There were no statistically significant pre-treatment differences in 24-hour,diurnal and nocturnal systolic and diastolic blood pressures between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,24-hour,diurnal and nocturnal systolic and diastolic blood pressures decreased in the two groups compared with before(P<0.05)and was lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of reversing non-dipper hypertension was 56.0%in the control group and 82.0%in the treatment group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The clinical total efficacy rate was 78.0%in the control group and 94.0%in the treatment group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Balanced acupuncture plus Levamlodipine has significantly better hypotensive and reversing effects on non-dipper hypertension than Levamlodipin alone.
