摘    要:目的 探讨穴位注射夹脊穴对胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜保护作用的影响,为临床提供实验依据。方法 用黄芪注射液穴注胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠第9、10、11、12胸椎棘突下旁开之夹脊穴,观察其对胃黏膜病理组织学和胃肠肽激素水平的影响。结果 穴注组胃泌素(GAS)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)等胃肠肽激素水平明显升高.胃黏膜病理组织学显著改善。结论 穴位注射夹脊穴可以恢复胃黏膜损伤,保护胃壁屏障,是治疗BRG的有效方法。

Abstract:Purpose To investigate the protective effect of Jiaji point injection of Astragali on gastric mucosa in rats with bile reflux gastritis (BRG).Methods Jiaji points lateral to below T 9, 10, 11, 12 spinal processes were injected with Astragali in rats with bile reflux gastritis to investigate its effect on gastric mucosa and gastrointestinal peptide hormone level.Results Gastrin (GAS) and prostaglandin E 2 (PGE 2) levels markedly rose and gastric mucosa obviously improved pathologically in the point injection group.Conclusion Jiaji point injection can relieve injury to gastric mucosa and protect the barrier of gastric wall, and it is an effective way to treat BRG.
