| 摘 要： | 目的观察经筋排刺法配合皮肤针治疗脑卒中后上肢痉挛的临床疗效。方法将150例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组75例。在必要的康复治疗基础上,治疗组采用经筋排刺法配合皮肤针循经叩刺法治疗;对照组采用西药治疗。评价两组临床疗效、临床症状评分、肌张力、运动功能及日常生活能力。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为94.7%和62.7%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后症状评分治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组治疗前后肌张力（MAS）、运动功能（FMA）及日常生活能力（ADL）比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,以治疗组更为明显。结论经筋排刺法配合皮肤针循经叩刺治疗脑卒中后上肢痉挛疗效优于常规药物治疗。
