针刺加穴位注射治疗痛症178例疗效分析

目的观察针刺加康宁克通穴位注射治疗痛症的疗效。方法用针刺加康宁克通穴位注射治疗肩周炎、膝关节周围炎、网球肘１７８例，并设对照组进行比较。结果痊愈１１１例，显效４４例，进步１８例，无效５例，总有效率９７．２％。从比较中看到针刺加康宁克通穴位注射治愈率明显高于单纯针刺组及康宁克通肌注组。结论综合疗法疗效高，用药量少，副作用小

Acupuncture plus Point Injection for 178 Cases of Pains

Objective To observe the acupuncture plus point injection of Kangniketong on Pains. Method 178 patients with periarthritis of shoulder, periarthritis of knee or tennis elbow were treated by acupuncture plus point injection of Kangniketong and a comparison was made between them and control subjects. Results 111 cases got cured, 44 cases got a marked effect, 18 cases improved and 5 case got no effects, the total effective rate being 97.2%. It can be seen from the comparison that cure rate is significantly higher in acupuncture plus point injection of Kangniketong than in simple acupuncture and in intramuscular injection of Kangniketong. Conclusion the comprehensive therapy is very good in curative effect, small in dosage and little in side effect.
