| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺对马桑内酯所致大鼠急性癫痫发作的预防和治疗作用。方法采用ＣＬ３．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ给大鼠肌注,造成急性癫痫大发作模型,选用百会和中都,针治组用泻法,针防组用平补平泻法,并与模型组和巴比妥组对照。结果针刺可显著延长ＣＬ所致大鼠急性癫痫发作的潜伏期,降低其发作程度。结论说明针刺对实验性癫痫有较好的防治作用

| Abstract: | Objective Acute major epilepsy model was made by intramuscularly injecting coriamyrtin on rat at 3.5 mg/kg. Baihui (GV20) and Zhongdu(LR6) were selected. Method Reduction method was used in acupuncture treatment group and even reinforcement reduction method was used in acupuncture prevention group. These two groups were both compared with model group and babital group. Result Result showed that acupuncture could prolong the patent period and reduce the attack degree of coriamyrtin inducing acute major epilepsy on rat. Conclusion demonstrating that acupuncture can obviously treat or prevent experimental epilepsy. |
