| 摘 要： | 目的 观察“内关”、“脾俞”、“足三里”及其两穴、三穴配伍的电针效应。方法 在小白鼠阿托品模型上以胃肠推进率为观察指标。结果 内关组、足三里组、内关配足三里组及脾俞配足三里组对小鼠胃肠推进功能有极显著的促进作用，内关配脾俞组有显著的促进作用，内关、脾俞、足三里三穴配伍呈拮抗效应。结论 腧穴拮抗效应客观存在

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of electropuncture of points Neiguan (P 6),Pishu (B 20) and Zusanli (S 36), and coordinated two and the three of them. Method Gastrointestinal propulsion rate was taken as an observed index in a mouse model of atropine. Results Neiguan, Zusanli, coordinated Neiguan and Zusanli and coordinated Pishu and Zusanli had a very marked promoting effect on the propulsive function of mouse stomach and intestines;coordinated Neiguan and Pishu had a marked promoting effect;coordinated Neiguan, Pishu and Zusanli had an antagonistic effect.Conclusion There is objective existence of the antagonistic effects of acupoints. |
