针刺十宣、小海穴配合功能训练治疗中风后手功能障碍疗效观察

目的观察针刺以十宣、小海穴为主穴治疗中风后患者手功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将165例中风后手指不能活动的患者随机分为治疗组85例和对照组80例。治疗组患者上肢在常规针刺取穴基础上加用十宣、小海两穴,对照组患者上肢采用常规针刺取穴,针刺结束后两组均进行上肢的功能训练,分别于治疗前、3个疗程后采用神经功能缺损评分标准的手指功能（肌力）记分和Fugl-meyer功能量表中手功能的评分进行评估。结果治疗组治疗3个疗程后手指肌力和手功能恢复方面明显优于对照组（均P〈0.05）。结论针刺十宣、小海穴配合功能训练是一种治疗中风后手功能障碍的有效方法。

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture at Points Shixuan (EX 11) and Xiaohai (SI 8) Plus Functional Training in Treating Post-stroke Hand Dysfunction

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Shixuan(EX 11) and Xiaohai(SI 8) as main points in treating post-stroke hand dysfunction.Method One hundred and sixty-five patients with post-stroke hand disability were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 85 cases and a control group of 80 cases.The treatment group of patients received acupuncture at points Shixuan(EX 11) and Xiaohai(SI 8) in addition to routinely selected points on the upper limb and the control group of patients,acupuncture at routinely selected points on the upper limb.Both groups underwent functional training of upper limbs after acupuncture finished.An assessment was made using the finger function(myodynamia) score from The Neural Deficit Scoring Standard and the hand function score from the Fugl-Meyer Motor Scale before and after 3 courses of treatment.Result After 3 courses of treatment,finger myodynamia and hand function improved significantly more in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at points Shixuan(EX 11) and Xiaohai(SI 8) plus functional training is an effective way to treat post-stroke hand dysfunction.
