腹针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的通过分析日本骨伤协会(JOA)下腰痛评分表和世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)的测定结果,评价腹针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将66例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组33例。治疗组采用腹针治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗,比较两组治疗前和治疗1、2、3星期后JOA下腰痛评分及治疗前和治疗3星期后WHOQOL-BREF量表评分。结果治疗组治疗1、2、3星期后总有效率与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗3星期后WHOQOL-BREF量表评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗3星期后WHOQOL-BREF量表评分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹针是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。

Observations on the Therapeutic Effect of Abdominal Acupuncture on Lumbar Intervertebral disc Herniation

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of abdominal acupuncture on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation using the Japanese Orthopaedic Association（JOA） Score for Low Back Pain and the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale Brief Version（WHOQOL-BREF）.Methods Sixty-six patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,33 cases each.The treatment group received abdominal acupuncture and the control group,conventional acupuncture.The pre-treatment JOA lumbago scores and WHOQOL-BRIEF scores,and the one,two and three weeks post-treatment JOA lumbago scores and the three weeks post-treatment WHOQOL-BRIEF scores were compared between the two groups.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between the treatment and control groups after one,two and three weeks of treatment（P〈0.01）.There was a statistically significant difference in the WHOQOL-BRIEF score between pre-treatment and three weeks post-treatment in both groups（P〈0.01）.There was a statistically significant difference in the WHOQOL-BRIEF score between the treatment and control groups after three weeks of treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture is an effective way to treat lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
