电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的观察电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法对92例腰椎间盘突出症患者,据病情选穴3～5个,采用电针治疗。治疗1个月后评定疗效,并观察椎间盘突出方向、病程及中医辨证分型与疗效的关系。结果总有效率为96.7%,愈显率为79.3%;观察结果显示旁侧型愈显率优于中央型(P<0.01),病程在1年以内的愈显率、总有效率优于1年以上的(P<0.01,P<0.05),寒湿型愈显率优于血瘀型(P<0.01)。结论电针是治疗腰椎间盘突出症一种有效的方法,其疗效与椎间盘突出方向、病程及中医辨证分型有关。

Observations on the Therapeutic Effect of Electroacupuncture on Lumbar lntervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Method In 92 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, 3-5 acupoints were selected according to the state of illness and punctured routinely with filiform needles. The needles were connected with a G6805-2 Multi-Purpose Health Device. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after one month of treatment. The relationships of the therapeutic effect with the direction of intervertebral disc protrusion, the duration of disease and classification based on syndrome differentiation were examined. Result The total efficacy rate and the cure and marked efficacy rate were 96.7% and 79.3%. The observed results showed that the cure and marked efficacy rate was higher in the lateral type than in the central type and higher in the cold-dampness type than in the blood stasis type （P〈0.01）. The therapeutic effect was better in the patients with less than one year＇s duration of disease than in those with more than one year＇s （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture is an effective way to treat lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Its therapeutic effect is related to the direction of intervertebral disc protrusion, the duration of disease and classification based on syndrome differentiation.
