腰椎间盘突出症急性期刺络拔罐与电针镇痛疗效观察

目的观察腰椎间盘突出症急性发作期刺络拔罐与电针的镇痛疗效。方法选取70例腰椎间盘突出症急性期门诊患者,分为刺络拔罐加电针组(针罐组)和电针组,疗程以15 d为限,评比治疗前后的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)值及两组疗法的显效率。结果针罐组和电针组均有效,而两组患者治疗后VAS评分间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且显效率分别是74.3%、40.0%,针罐组优于电针组(P<0.05)。结论刺络拔罐配合电针是腰椎间盘突出症急性期快速止痛的一项适宜技术。

Observations on the Analgesic Effects of Pricking-cupping Bloodletting and Electroacupuncture in the Acute Stage of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective To investigate the analgesic effects of pricking-cupping bloodletting and electroacupuncture in the acute stage of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Method Seventy outpatients with acute lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were enrolled and allocated to pricking-cupping bloodletting plus electroacupuncture and electroacupunctnre groups. The course of treatment was within 15 days. The pre- and post-treatment Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） pain scores and the post-treatment marked efficacy rates were compared between the two groups. Result Both pricking-cupping bloodletting plus electroacupuncture and electroacupuncture were effective. There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the VAS score between the two groups of patients （P〈0.05）. The marked efficacy rate was 74.3% and 40.0%, respectively. The effect was better in the pricking-cupping bloodletting plus electroacupuncture group than in the electroacupuncture group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Pricking-cupping bloodletting plus electroacupuncture is an appropriate technique for past pain relief in the acute stage of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
