针刺配合吞咽治疗仪对脑卒中后吞咽障碍的影响

目的观察针刺配合吞咽治疗仪对脑卒中后吞咽障碍的影响。方法将120例脑卒中患者随机分为针刺组、仪器组和针仪组,每组40例。针刺组采用针刺治疗结合吞咽功能训练;仪器组采用吞咽治疗仪结合吞咽功能训练;针仪组采用针刺、吞咽治疗仪结合吞咽功能训练。并对3组患者治疗前、治疗后吞咽功能动态改变以洼田饮水试验分级法进行测评。结果三组治疗后洼田饮水试验分级均有明显提高(P<0.01),三组组间治疗后洼田饮水试验分级有显著性差异(P<0.01),针仪组分别与针刺组、仪器组治疗后组间洼田饮水试验分级比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),针刺组与仪器组治疗后组间洼田饮水试验分级比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论针刺配合吞咽治疗仪对脑卒中后吞咽障碍产生积极的影响;针刺与吞咽治疗仪对改善脑卒中后吞咽障碍有协同作用。

Efficacy of Acupuncture plus VocaSTIM(R)-Master Therapy for Post Stroke Dysphagia

Objective To assess the efficacy of acupuncture plus vocaSTIM-Master therapy for post stroke dysphagia. Method One hundred and twenty stroke patients were randomly allocated to acupuncture, device and acupuncture plus device groups, 40 cases each. The acupuncture group received acupuncture treatment plus swallowing training; the device group, vocaSTIM-Master therapy plus swallowing training; and the acupuncture plus device group, acupuncture and vocaSTIM-Master therapy plus swallowing training. The swallowing function was assessed using Kubota＇s water drinking test before and after treatment. Result Kubota＇s water drinking test showed a significant post-treatment increase in grades in all the three groups （P〈0.01）. There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in Kubota＇s water drinking test results among the three groups （P〈0.01）. There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in Kubota＇s water drinking test results between the acupuncture plus device group and the acupuncture group or the device group （P〈0.01）. There was no statistically significant post-treatment difference in Kubota＇s water drinking test results between the acupuncture and device groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Acupuncture plus vocaSTIM- Master therapy produces a positive effect on post stroke dysphagia. Acupuncture and vocaSTIM-Master therapy have a synergistic effect in improving post stroke dysphagia.
