| 摘 要： | 目的观察眼轮匝肌排针刺法治疗特发性眼睑痉挛的疗效。方法将78例特发性眼睑痉挛患者随机分为治疗组46例和对照组32例,治疗组采用眼轮匝肌排刺治疗,对照组采用药物治疗,两组治疗3个疗程后比较疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.5%,对照组为75.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论眼轮匝肌排针刺法治疗特发性眼睑痉挛是一种安全高效、简便易行的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of orbicularis oculi-aligned acupuncture in treating idiopathic blepharospasm.Methods Seventy-eight patients with idiopathic blepharospasm were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 46 cases and a control group of 32 cases.The treatment group received orbicularis oculi-aligned acupuncture and the control group,medication.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups after 3 courses of treatment.Results The total efficacy rate was 93.5% in the treatment group and 75.0% in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Orbicularis oculi-aligned acupuncture is a safe,highly effective and easy way to treat idiopathic blepharospasm. |
