针刺治疗脊髓疾病继发神经病理性疼痛临床观察

目的观察不同针刺方法治疗脊髓疾病继发神经病理性疼痛的疗效。方法将60例脊髓疾病继发神经病理性疼痛的患者随机分为3组，头针丛刺长留针组（A组）、夹脊电针组（B组）、夹脊电针配合头针丛刺长留针组（C组），每组20例。3组治疗1星期、2星期、4星期、3个月采用日常生活能力测定和简化麦克吉尔疼痛问卷对比疗效。结果3组自身对照，疼痛减轻效果明显（P〈0．01，P〈0．05），组间对照夹脊电针配合头针丛刺长留针组明显优于其他两组（P〈0．05）。结论针刺治疗脊髓疾病继发神经病理性疼痛效果肯定，夹脊电针配合头针丛刺长留针治疗优于夹脊电针和头针丛刺长留针。

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture for Neuralgia Secondary to Spinal Cord Diseases

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacies of variant acupuncture methods in treating neuralgia secondary to spinal cord diseases. Method Sixty patients with neuralgia secondary to spinal cord diseases were randomized into 3 groups, a group treated with cluster needling at scalp acupoints （groupA）, a group treated with electroacupuncture at Jiaji （EX-B2） points （group B）, and a group with electroacupuncture at Jiaji points plus cluster needling at scalp acupoints （group C）, 20 in each group. The activities of daily life and Short-form of Mcgill Pain Questionnaire （SF-MPQ） score were evaluated respectively in 1-week, 2-week, and 4-week treatment, as well as in the 3-month follow-up study. Result The intra-group comparison showed that pain was relieved significantly in all three groups （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）; the inter-group comparison showed that group C was significantly better than the other two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture is effective in treating neuralgia secondary to spinal cord diseases, and combining electroacupuncture at Jiaji points and cluster needling at scalp acupoints is better than separate use of the two needling methods.
