| 摘 要： | 目的观察电针阳陵泉、胆囊穴对慢性胆囊炎患者低张力胆囊动力学影响的时效规律。方法B超测定电针前即时及电针60min内第5min、i0min、20min、30min、40min、50min、60min的胆囊体积，描记电针对胆囊动力学影响的时效规律曲线。结果电针的最初20min内胆囊体积呈舒张性变化，在随后的20min内又有一次较明显的舒缩运动。结论电针阳陵泉、胆囊穴修复低张力胆囊动力学的最佳留针时间以40min左右为佳，以每天治疗2次为宜。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate time-effect regularities in the influence of electroacupuncture at points Yanglingquan （GB34） and Dannangxue （Ex-LE6） on hypotonic gallbladder dynamics in chronic eholecystitis patients. Method Gallbladder volume was determined by B-mode ultrasonography immediately before and at 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 50 and 60 rain after the beginning of electroacupuncture. The time effect curve of the influence ofelectroacupuncture on gallbladder dynamics was recorded. Result The gall bladder showed relaxation in the first 20 min of electroacupuncture and a more obvious contraction in the following 20 rain. Conclusion The optimal time to retain needles for electroacupuncture at points Yanglingquan and Dannangxue to restore hypotonic gallbladder dynamics is about 40 min. Two sessions of treatment every day are appropriate. |
