| 摘 要： | 目的观察电针配合浮针针刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及优势。方法 150例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为三组,治疗组54例,采用浮针针刺方法,接电针仪行疏密波治疗;对照1组52例,采用常规辨证循经取穴,针刺得气后行电针疏密波治疗;对照2组44例,采用符仲华浮针进行治疗。各组患者分别于治疗前及治疗1个疗程后、2个疗程后、治疗后4星期进行综合评分。结果治疗2个疗程后,治疗组总有效率为94.4%,对照1组为82.7%,对照2组为93.2%,治疗组与对照1组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,与对照2组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论采用电针配合浮针针刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症总有效率明显优于电针治疗,与浮针疗法效果一样,且针刺过程中无疼痛,操作比浮针简单,成本比浮针低廉。
