| 摘 要： | 目的观察不同针灸方法治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的临床疗效。方法将100例颞下颌关节紊乱病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用穴位注射配合温针治疗,对照组采用电针治疗,两组均在治疗2个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为90.0%和94.0%,对照组分别为38.0%和80.0%,两组疗效比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组治愈时间比对照组快（P〈0.01）;治疗组半年随访复发率低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论穴位注射配合温针较电针治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病,具有见效快,疗效好,复发率低的优势。 |
