| 摘 要： | 通过综述针刺镇痛效应个体差异性的相关研究文献，回顾了针刺镇痛效应个体差异与一些基因、多肽和神经系统等相关性，总结了针刺镇痛效应个体差异性研究对阐明针刺内在机制的贡献，最后在临床应用上展望针刺镇痛效应个体差异性的重要意义。
