| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针刀松解术与口服西药扶他林治疗类风湿关节炎引起膝关节病变临床疗效的差异。方法将60例类风湿关节炎膝关节炎按就诊号次序分为两组，治疗组（针刀组）30例，对照组（西药组）30例，经1个疗程治疗后，采用美国膝关节协会评分（KSS评分）标准进行评分。结果治疗组和对照组在膝关节评分和功能评分上差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针刀松解术治疗类风湿关节炎引起膝关节病变优于口服西药扶他林。
