早期头针结合现代康复技术对脑卒中后偏瘫康复疗效观察

目的观察早期介入头针疗法结合现代康复技术对脑卒中后偏瘫患者运动功能和日常生活活动能力的影响。方法按照单盲、随机对照原则，选择135例生命体征稳定，神经病学体征不再进展的急性脑卒中患者，随机分为头针康复组（45例），康复组（45例），头针组（45例）。分别采用头针结合现代康复治疗，单纯现代康复治疗和单纯头针治疗。治疗6个星期后，采用简式Fugl—Meyer评分、Barthel指数、神经功能缺损程度评分作为评定标准进行统计学处理。结果治疗6个星期后，三组患者的Fugl—Meyer及Barthel指数评分提高，与治疗前自身对比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。与康复组和头针组治疗后对比，头针康复组的Fugl—Meyer及Barthel指数评分均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。头针康复组的愈显率、总有效率均高于康复组和头针组（P〈0．05）。结论脑卒中后偏瘫患者及早介入头针结合现代康复治疗，二者合用，协同提高疗效，可作为脑卒中早期康复的较佳方案。
