| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针药结合治疗儿童多动症的疗效。方法：采用针药结合治疗136例多动症患儿，并与30例西药对照组进行临床对照。结果：治疗后两组行为积分值明显下降，有显著的统计学意义；针药结合组总有效率显著高于西药对照组，且其疗效与年龄、病程无明显的相关性。结论：针药结合治疗儿童多动症疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Purpose To observe the curative effect of combined acupuncture and medicine on child attention deficit disorder. Method Acupuncture and medicine were combined to treat 136 cases of child attention deficit disorder with 30 cases treated with Western medicine as a control.Results Behavior score decreased markedly in the two groups after treatment and there was a statistically significant difference. The total effective rate was significantly higher in the acupuncture medicine group than in the control group treated with Western medicine. There was no significant correlation of the curative effect with age and the duration of disease.Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and medicine has a noticeable effect on child attention deficit disorder. |
