| 摘 要： | 目的 观察头体针治疗脑枕叶腔隙性梗死致麻痹性斜视的疗效。方法 将 90例患者随机分为治疗组 (45例 )、对照组(45例),治疗 3个疗程后进行疗效总结对照。结果 治疗组痊愈率和总有效率分别为 38%和 92%,对照组痊愈率和总有效率分别为 20%和 73%,表明治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论 针药并用治疗脑枕叶腔隙性梗死致麻痹性斜视优于单纯药物治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of scalp and body acupuncture on paralytic strabismus due to occipital lobe spatial infarction.Method Ninety patients were randomly divided into a treatment group(90 cases) and a control group(45 cases).The curative effects were compared after 3 courses of treatment.Results The cure rate and the total efficacy rate were 38% and 92%,respectively,in the treatment group and 20% and 73%,respectively,in the control group,showing that the curative effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Combined acupuncture and medication has a better effect on paralytic strabismus due to occipital lobe spatial infarction than simple medication. |
