| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针药结合治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法 将 13 8例患者随机分为治疗组 85例 ,运用电温针配合中药治疗 ;对照组 5 3例 ,以西药内服治疗。经治疗 1个月后停 1个月再行观察作疗效对照。结果 治疗组总有效率 89.4% ,对照组5 6.6% ,两组疗效差别有非常显著性意义 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 电温针配合中药治疗膝骨关节炎效果明显、确切

| Abstract: | Purpose To investigate the curative effect of combined acupuncture and Chinese medicine on genual osteoarthritis.Methods One hundred and thirty-eight patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 85 cases treated by electroacupuncture and moxibustion plus Chinese medicine and a control group of 53 cases treated with oral Western medicine. The curative effects were evaluated and compared 1 month after 1 month's treatment.Results The total effective rate was 89.4% in the treatment group and 56.6% in the control group. There was a significant difference in curative effect between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion Electroacupuncture and moxibustion plus Chinese medicine have a marked and exact effect on genual osteoarthritis. |
