| 摘 要： | 目的 观察比较针药结合与单纯中药治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法 采用国际通用SDS抑郁自评量表测定选择患者63例，设针药组(电针 中药组)33例，中药组30例。结果 针药组总有效率90.9％，中药组80.0％，两组疗效比较有统计学意义(P＜0．05)，未见明显不良反应。结论 针药结合治疗抑郁症疗效优于中药组。

| Abstract: | Purpose To observe the curative effect of combined acupuncture and medicine on melancholia and compare it with that of simple herb treatment. Method Internationally accepted self evaluation depression scale(SDS) was use for examination to select 63 patients. An acupuncture plus medicine group(electroacupuncture+herbal medicine group) of 33 cases and a herbal medicine group of 30 cases were set up. Results The total effective rate was 90.9% in the acupuncture plus medicine group and 80.0% in the herbal medicine group. There was a statistically significant difference in curative effect between the two groups( P <0.05). No obviously adverse reaction was found. Conclusion The curative effect of combined acupuncture and medicine on melancholia is better than that of simple herb al medicine. |
