| 摘 要： | 目的观察验证头颈部穴位注射治疗颈性眩晕的优越性。方法取百会、风池、颈夹脊穴，穴位注射红花、维生素B12、利多卡因注射液治疗颈性眩晕28例，并随机设牵引、中药导入理疗对照组20例进行对照观察。结果穴位注射组总有效率96．4％，对照组总有效率75．0％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论穴位注射治疗颈性眩晕疗效优于牵引理疗治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To prove the advantage of cephalocervical point injection in treating cervical vertigo. Methods Twenty-eight patients with cervical vertigo were treated by injection of cephalocervical points Baihui(GV20) and Fengchi(GB20) ,and jiaji(Ex-B2) points with Safflower,Vitamin B12 and Lidocaine.
