| 摘 要： | 目的观察腹针配合正骨推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例，治疗组采用腹针疗法配合正骨推拿治疗，对照组采用颈椎牵引配合正骨推拿治疗。结果治疗组近、远期治愈率分别为90．0％、80．0％，对照组近、远期治愈率分别为70．0％、55．0％，两组相比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论腹针配合正骨推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病，近、远期疗效均较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of abdominal acupuncture plus massotherapy for treating nerve root-type cervical spondylopathy.Methods Eighty patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,40 cases each.The treatment group received abdominal acupuncture plus orthopedic manipulation and the control group,cervical spinal traction plus orthopedic manipulation.Results The short-term and long-term cure rates were(90.0%) and(80.0%),respectively,in the treatment group and(70.0%) and(55.0%),respectively,in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<(0.05)).Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture plus orthopedic manipulation has both short-term and long-term curative effects on nerve root-type cervical spondylopathy. |
