针刺配合穴位注射治疗特发性周围性面神经麻痹疗效分析

目的比较针刺加风池穴注射腺苷钴胺、针刺加肌注腺苷钴胺和单纯针刺三种方法治疗特发性周围性面神经麻痹疗效的差异，探讨针刺加穴注腺苷钴胺治疗本病的机理。方法将93例患者随机分为三组，每组又分为风寒、风热、风痰三种证型，治疗组32例应用针刺加穴注治疗，对照Ⅰ组30例应用针刺加肌注治疗，对照Ⅱ组31例应用单纯针刺治疗，观察治疗前后各组各证型症状并进行评分。结果治疗后，治疗组在总有效率、症状评分等各方面均优于对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论三种治疗方法对于周围性面神经麻痹均有良好疗效，其中针刺加穴注效果最好，针刺加肌注疗效次之。
