穴位埋线治疗进行性肌营养不良的疗效观察

目的观察穴位埋线联合糖皮质激素及神经营养药物治疗进行性肌营养不良的临床疗效。方法 50例进行性假肥大性肌营养不良患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组25例。对照组采用糖皮质激素及神经营养药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用穴位埋线治疗。观察两组治疗前后10米步行时间和登梯时间及血清肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平的变化,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后及随访10米步行时间和登梯时间与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后及随访10米步行时间和登梯时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后及随访血清CPK、LDH水平较同组治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后及随访血清CPK和LDH水平低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率为96.0%,对照组总有效率为72.0%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线联合糖皮质激素治疗进行性肌营养不良的临床疗效显著,可作为临床治疗进行性肌营养不良方案的优选方法。

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupoint Thread Embedding for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint thread embedding plus glucocorticoid and neurotrophic drugs in treating Duchenne muscular dystrophy.Method Fifty patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy were randomized to treatment and control groups,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received glucocorticoid and neurotrophic drugs and the treatment group,acupoint thread embedding in addition.Ten-meter walking time and stair-climbing time were observed and serum creatine phosphate kinase(CPK) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) levels were measured in the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result There were statistically significant post-treatment and follow-up differences in 10-meter walking time and stair-climbing time in the two groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant post-treatment and follow-up differences in 10-meter walking time and stair-climbing time between the two groups(P<0.05).The serum CPK and LDH levels decrease markedly in the two groups after treatment and at follow-up compared with before with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).The serum CPK and LDH levels were lower in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment and at follow-up(P<0.01).The total efficacy rate was 96.0% in the treatment group and 72.0% in the control group.The total efficacy rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint thread embedding plus glucocorticoid has clinically a marked therapeutic effect on Duchenne muscular dystrophy.It can be used as a preferred protocol for clinical treatment of Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
