后溪透合谷配合腰部活动治疗急性腰扭伤疗效观察

目的观察针刺后溪透合谷，配合腰部运动治疗急性腰扭伤的疗效。方法将212例确诊为急性腰扭伤的患者按纳入标准进行治疗，2个疗程后观察疗效。结果单纯后溪透合谷针刺组（针刺组）总有效率为88．7％，后溪透合谷配合腰部运动组（针刺运动组）总有效率为95．3％，两组之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），然两组有效及治愈的治疗次数有显著差异（均P〈0．05），表明针刺运动针法见效、治愈都较快。结论后溪透合谷治疗急性腰扭伤具有取穴少，疗效显著的特点，若治疗中辅以腰部活动可使疗效增强。

Observations on the Efficacy of Houxi-to-Hegu Acupuncture plus Lumbar Activities in Treating Acute Lumbar Sprain

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Houxi-to-Hegu acupuncture plus lumbar activities in treating acute lumbar sprain. Methods Two hundred and twelve patients diagnosed exactly with acute lumbar sprain were enrolled according to the inclusion criteria for treatment. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 2 courses of treatment. Results The total efficacy rate was 88：7% in the acupuncture group （Houxi-to-Hegu acupuncture alone） and 95.3% in the acupuncture-activity group （Houxi-to-Hegu acupuncture plus lumbar activities）. There was no statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between the two groups （P〉0.05）, but there was significant difference in the number of treatments for effectiveness and cure between the two groups （P〈0.05）, indicating that acupuncture plus lumbar activities brought about a quicker effect and cure. Conclusion Houxi-to-Hegu acupuncture treatment for acute lumbar sprain is characterized by selection of few points and a marked effect. Assisted by lumbar activities, it can improve the therapeutic effect, the difference in which is statistically significant as compared with acupuncture alone.
