| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺配合药物治疗对中风患者假性球麻痹的影响。方法将80例中风后假性球麻痹患者随机分为针药组和药物组，每组40例。药物组给予常规药物治疗，针药组在药物治疗的基础上配合针刺治疗。治疗前后分别对两组患者进行吞咽障碍积分评定、构音障碍积分评定。结果针药组治疗假性球麻痹的总有效率及显效率优于药物组，针药组对患者吞咽功能、构音障碍的改善优于药物组。结论针药并用治疗中风假性球麻痹行之有效，疗效优于单纯药物治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus medication in treating pseudobulbar palsy in cerebral stroke patients.
